Returns Policy

Claims must be made within 30 days. Please email us at info@chutefirstapparel.com.

Sale items can not be exchanged or refunded.

Do not return the goods before receiving confirmation from Chute First Apparel.

Returned goods must be sent by registered post with insurance. Chute First will not be liable for losses during postage.

You must include an empty satchel with your address on it in the case of exchanging the item.

Chute First does not pay for postage of return items nor replacement items unless returned or exchanged due to faulty garments.

Goods must not be worn. Chute First will not accept returns/exchanges where tags have been removed or tampered with. Chute First also will not accept the return if there are signs to suggest that the item has been worn ie: soiled, makeup stain or odour.

The item must be received by Chute FIrst within THIRTY days of purchase (inclusive of weekends).

You can only exchange for a different size or for a credit note if the goods do not fit (unless item has a manufacturer fault.) We do not refund due to change of mind. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.
