About Us

Chute First was founded in early 2014 by Australian Skydiver Lex. After feeling pretty underwhelmed about the options for girls clothing in Skydiving, BASE Jumping, Speed Flying & Paragliding, Lex decided to start her own clothing label that catered for girls and guys. Think hoodies, tees, tanks, raglan tees, hats, neck warmers and skull caps. We want to create clothing that has rad designs and not just a giant logo.

2014
Started Small
After coming up with a name and idea of what the brand would be, Chute First released the first batch of Hoodies, the Skull Pro Hoodie that can be found in the shop.

After selling out in just a couple of months, Lex knew she was onto something!

2015
Powered By Gravity
After spending months developing the first Chute First range, the Powered By Gravity Collection was released!

Selling out of most sizes in just a matter of months, the race was on to manufacture the next batch!

AUS
Australian Made
After months of back and forth with various suppliers, we are now manufacturing all of our apparel in Australia! Even the fabrics are made locally with the highest quality around. Super thick and warm hoodies, soft and durable t-shirts and tops!

We’re really proud to offer high quality Australian made gear!

QUALITY
Over Quantity
We’ve taken our time in both developing and sourcing our manufacturing to ensure we have the highest quality gear. Sometimes our sizes do sell out so sign up to our mailing list and we’ll keep you posted on new stock.

We love feedback! Let us know if there’s anything you’d like to see us do!

FOUNDER

Lex has been hurling herself out of planes since 2012. The goal of Chute First is to create cool designs on comfortable and stylish clothing. We’ll be bringing in some technical items too like skull caps and neck warmers so keep your eyes peeled for those.

Fun Fact: Lex plays the main zombie in the Chute First short film The Falling Dead.
